The way the information is presented perhaps gives the impression that change takes a long time. It doesn’t have to though, but generally all these stages do need to be worked through sequentially.

3) Chatter by Ethan Kross is a great read on how to use our inner voice to help us rather than trip us up.
4) I would argue the biggest factor in successful change is whether we have spent the time getting to know ourselves really well. This article on becoming more self-aware is a good start.
