Indestructible is an interactive learning experience that explores the science and the philosophy behind thriving free from burnout, and develops this knowledge into practical routines and behaviors. We intensively and systematically build our knowledge of mind, body and environment, and the constant interactions between them. We become experts in our own thriving by applying this knowledge to our own situations.
This project addresses the burnout phenomenon with compassion, curiosity, and creativity. Sourcing knowledge from different fields: neuroscience, behavioral economics, philosophy, and 4E cognition, a more substantial understanding of the mind-body loop has developed. Using this we can identify the critical factors which affect, and are affected by, burnout.
The world is never going to be free of difficulty, nor would we want it to be, so we focus on making ourselves resilient, resourceful, and healthy in all circumstances.
We do not seek to control the world, or make ambitious goals easy, but we can rise to meet these challenges without harming ourselves in the process. We can become someone who turns difficulties into opportunities for growth and connection.

About me: I have worked for over a decade in the behavioral economics field as an entrepreneur, academic, and consultant.
After studying Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford University, I completed a Master’s degree in Economics and worked as a Teaching & Research Fellow, examining how stress impacted cognitive ability and decision-making. This led to my fascination with the mind-body loop, its enormous potential, and the drastic consequences of neglecting it. I knew I wanted to take this learning out into the workplace and create products that could make life happy, productive, and meaningful.
Working with people I deeply admired, both business leaders and students, I sadly became very familiar with the processes and symptoms of burnout. So I dedicated myself to applying the knowledge I have accumulated on what helps people thrive, and what causes them to become disconnected and burned out, to a working model of mind and body that anyone can use.
I hope that through this more people will become experts in understanding their own mind-body loop and use this to build lives of joy and significance. I work with some of the most visionary, inspiring people in the world and see my contribution to making the world a better place as supporting them in transforming their dreams into reality, without being tripped up by their own mind-body loop and destroying themselves in the process.
